Steps for submitting a report
How to submit a report?
Based on your concern, you have the choice between a vulnerability report or an anonymous whistleblowing report. Simply select your preferred option in the form at the bottom of this page. After completing all the required fields and submitting, the report will be sent to us for processing.
What should you provide?
To clarify your request quickly and accurately, we prefer a clearly written report in English. The more precisely you describe the issue, the easier it will be for us to investigate it. In the case of technical issues, it is best to provide precise information about the location and how you found it. In the case of a whistleblowing report, please provide as many details as possible about the violation and the reported event (what, who, where, …). What can you expect?
If you have entered your contact details, you will receive a response from us within 2 working days. We will then send you a timeline and transparent overview of the process to implement your request and keep you informed of all further developments. Anonymous reports are secured and protected in accordance with all legal regulations. Please read the corresponding section in our Resposible Disclosure Policy carefully.
